On Sept 26, 2018, BCIB and CM – Equity AG has signed the Partnership Agreement, in which CM – Equity will play the key role in looking for investors from Europe on behalf of the partnership. CM – Equity which was set up in 2002, is now an Investment Bank Boutique, based in Munich, focuses on the private equity, M&A advisory Venture Capital / Growth Capital and proprietary trading. CM – Equity is now managing 20 Mio € with 12 deals in Germany, Hongkong, Thailand and Canada. Its minimum investment is 50,000 €. CM-Equity AG is an investor and corporate builder. CM Equity is consulting small- and mid-size companies in terms of fund raising, capital structuring and business-development.
