Facilities

Established in 2003, the company specializes in the production and sales of P.E.T plastic packaging products focusing on P.E.T plastic billets and bottles of all kinds for the consumer goods industry, including packaged food, canned and bottled beverages.

Part of the sales came from the business of tin-coated iron foil metal packaging used for food canning, but the proportion was not significant.

The company is thriving in a line of high-temperature resistant bottles of 85-90 degrees Celsius.

Project Information

The company owns a factory in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM with an area of 4,600 m2. In addition, the Company also leases a tendon factory with an area of 1,680 m2.

Land use rights are paid once for more than 25 years with a market valuation of more than VND 80 billion.

Capacity: 500-600 canopies/month, current efficiency: 60%

Proposed deals

Investment plan: Divest 100% or 80% of the first stage and 20% after the transfer process to the partner.

Expected price: VND 210 billion

SCOOP EV/EBITDA: 7.Ox / Charter capital: VND 20 billion.
