Set up by a group of professional persons in financial and credit sector with a total working experience over 50 years. We created value for financial investors and companies in the region by supporting goodresolution of special financial situations.

BCIB offers top tier financial advisory services tailored to frontier markets with an anchor presence in Vietnam.
We providing the following services:
- Finding deals in Vietnam (M&A) among our wide local client network;
- Assisting companies with the M&A process (information gathering to investor standards, writing information memorandums, transaction structuring, financial valuation, negotiating the transactions, coordinating the transaction process).
- Financial Restructuring
- Capital structuring and placement across Debt, Mezzanine, and Equity
- Executing investments in Vietnam for investors and through our emerging SME private equity platform;
