After all our efforts since the establishment to pump market and deal information to sellers, buyers and IB partners, we have been recognised by a big famous Japanese Investment Bank. We have had an agreement with them. We will cooperate with them to find and exchange cross border M&A offer and demand. 

According to that our Japanese Partner will provide us the M&A demand from Japan with local enterprise. We, as an pretigous M&A advisor, will provide the offer from local enterprise.

This agreement paves the way for local enterprise to access and mobilize the huge capital flow from Japan and other country  as well as modern technology from developed countries to accelerate their corporatet to develop. 

With our effort, we will fill in our information hub with full M&A demand from our Japanese Partner.

On Sept 26, 2018, BCIB and CM – Equity AG has signed the Partnership Agreement, in which CM – Equity will play the key role in looking for investors from Europe on behalf of the partnership. CM – Equity which was set up in 2002, is now an Investment Bank Boutique, based in Munich, focuses on the private equity, M&A advisory Venture Capital / Growth Capital and proprietary trading. CM – Equity is now managing 20 Mio € with 12 deals in Germany, Hongkong, Thailand and Canada. Its minimum investment is 50,000 €.
